There was no reason for the bitter beer face other than the fact I was pointing a camera at her. Silly goose…look at all the writing on her cast!
Month: June 2018
Outfit #2
…out of 48 outfits. No, not really…but it seemed like it. If it was sparkly or had mermaids on it, she wanted to try it on. But she surprised me when she wanted a dress!
I told you
Remember the other day when I mentioned not to leave your phone unattended? This is what happens. She is her father’s daughter.
Shopping!
What both of the girls like to do for their birthdays is have me take them out for a shopping spree and lunch/dinner at Cheesecake Factory. Olivia always wants me to take a photo of each outfit she wants. And then she poses.
Oh jeez
Sammy is turning into Queen of the Selfies. Word of warning: do not leave your phone unattended. I learned the hard way.
Remember?
Remember laying on the warm cement after swimming just to get warm again? I do and so does Olivia and company.
Our little sad face
Losing the championship game was heartbreaking for Sammy. Unbeknownst to us, she also had her arm broken during one play at home plate. She never quit, never complained and certainly didn’t cry when that happened. She cried when they lost.
Blow out the candle!
This year, Olivia wanted an ice cream birthday cake. Looks like she got her wish!!
Championship Game
It has been a wild weekend! Sammy played in her league’s championship game (they lost, dang it!). Many tears were shed in the dug out after the game but it has been a learning experience for the girls. Work hard, play your best and move on. But being only 10 years old, that’s kind of a tough lesson to learn. Giving her a hug when she was crying just broke my heart and moved me to tears as well.
And today, Olivia had her Pool Birthday party for special little girls turning EIGHT YEARS OLD! How can that be? She’s still a baby, right?
A delicate flower
She is a Princess, that’s for sure. But she is a delicate flower. She is a kind and gentle soul. And?
SHE MADE ALL-STARS!
